On the morning of June 3rd, the press conference for the Hainan Fushan Barista Championship Challenge, titled "Craftsmanship Builds Dreams with 'Coffee', was held in Fushan Coffee Culture Town. This competition is scheduled to be held from July 18th to 21st in Fushan Coffee Culture Town.

This challenge is the first time that skilled professionals in the coffee industry have been invited from across the country to compete on the same stage in Hainan. A total of 60 contestants are recruited, who are Chinese citizens, aged 18 to 45, male or female, with 30% from Hainan and 70% from other provinces. This competition will establish a competitive exchange platform between practitioners in the Hainan coffee industry and high skilled talents in the domestic coffee industry, accelerate the construction of the Hainan barista skilled talent team, further enhance the skill level of employees in the Hainan coffee industry, expand the influence of the Chengmai coffee brand, promote the high-quality development of Chengmai and even the Hainan coffee industry, and assist in the construction of the Hainan International Tourism Consumption Center.

This competition is an individual competition, with events including Italian coffee competition and hand brewed coffee competition. The competition offers generous prize money, with one first prize winner and a prize of 30000 yuan; Two second prizes with a prize of 20000 yuan; Three third prize winners will receive a prize of 10000 yuan, as well as four winners and ten outstanding winners, with prizes of 5000 yuan and 2000 yuan respectively.
