On June 6, in order to ensure the implementation of HSE (health, safety and environmental protection) management in Fushan Coffee Culture Town during the Loong Boat Festival, the Operation Department of Fushan Coffee Culture Town Scenic Area jointly carried out a comprehensive and in-depth HSE inspection.

This comprehensive inspection is led by Chen Haoyang, the general manager of Fushan Coffee Culture and Style Town, and is divided into three inspection teams.

01 Health Check Team

The first group is the health inspection team, led by Zhang Xiaona, the General Manager of the Industrial Development Department. They conducted strict inspections on the procurement, storage, processing and production of food raw materials, as well as the health status of employees in the catering venues in Fengqing Town, to check for expired food, three no food, etc., to ensure the health and safety of tourists' tongues. At the same time, they also carefully checked the hygiene and disinfection of public areas.

02 Safety Inspection Team

The second group is the safety inspection team, led by Zhao Xu, the senior manager of the scenic area operation department, who conducted a comprehensive inspection of the building facilities, amusement equipment, fire-fighting equipment, etc. in Fengqing Town. We carefully inspected the configuration and status of fire extinguishers in each business merchant, checked whether the fire-fighting facilities in the public area are complete and functioning properly, and whether the evacuation routes are unobstructed, ensuring that tourists can evacuate quickly and safely in case of emergency. In addition, they also conducted a thorough inspection of electrical circuits to prevent potential electrical safety hazards.

03 Environmental Inspection Team

The third group is the environmental inspection team, led by Chen Hongyu, Deputy General Manager of the New Retail Marketing Department, to inspect the garbage collection and transportation of merchants in Fengqing Town, as well as the implementation of the three guarantees in front of their stores, to ensure that garbage is properly classified and promptly cleared. In addition, according to the relevant requirements of the "Regulations on Prohibiting Disposable Non Degradable Plastic Products in Hainan Special Economic Zone", a secret investigation was conducted on the implementation of the plastic ban by merchants to ensure that their business activities strictly comply with the regulations.

During the inspection process, the staff of each inspection team were conscientious and responsible, not letting go of any corner that may have problems. For the individual deficiencies found, the relevant responsible person shall be ordered to rectify within a time limit on the spot to ensure that all problems are properly solved on the eve of the Loong Boat Festival.

Wang Qiang, the publicity director of Fushan Coffee Cultural Town, said that HSE work is the top priority of the operation of the town. Through the pre festival inspection, the purpose is to create a healthy, safe and environmentally friendly festival atmosphere for tourists, so that everyone can enjoy the happy time of the Loong Boat Festival here, and also lay a solid foundation for the sustainable and stable development of the town.
