During the May Day holiday in 2024, Fushan Coffee Culture and Culture Town invited a group of friends from three different communities to the scenic area to taste coffee. Here, they not only experienced the unique charm of the town, but also discussed how to build it into a diversified and friendly scenic area.
The concept of "comprehensive tourism" was first proposed at the National Tourism Work Conference in 2016: "China's tourism needs to shift from 'scenic spot tourism' to 'comprehensive tourism'." From then on, the concept of "comprehensive tourism" began to receive attention. Global tourism "is a spatial panoramic system of tourism that creates the entire region as a tourist area, uses the entire region as a carrier and platform for tourism development, and deeply leverages the" tourism+"function.
Global tourism is a new concept and model of regional coordinated development, which takes tourism as its advantageous industry. Through comprehensive and systematic optimization and improvement, it achieves organic integration of resources, integrated development of industries, and social co construction and sharing within the region.
At the same time as the development of "comprehensive tourism" in the cultural and tourism industry, the diversified construction of scenic spots can add more tourism formats, provide more tourism services, meet the diverse needs and interests of tourists, and urgently promote the construction of diversified and friendly scenic spots in the current situation of serious homogenization of scenic spots.
On May 2nd, the pet community held an offline themed activity called "Bringing Pet Fun Outdoor" at the Lu Xiaodao Coffee Shop in Fushan Coffee Culture Town, with more than 20 pet owners and "furry children" participating together. Pet owners tasted the popular sweet potato latte from Fushan Coffee Culture Town at the 4th Consumer Expo, while "furry kids" also enjoyed the specially prepared "Claw Bunchino" for them.
While the "furry children" socialize and entertain themselves, pet owners also actively provide suggestions and recommendations for the construction of a pet friendly scenic area in Fushan Coffee Culture and Style Town. In terms of the basic service needs for pets entering the park, pet owners have put forward demands for pet parks, pet drinking water, and toilet collection, and have proposed pet friendly and non refusal of pets, as well as increased edible meals for pets to businesses. Pet owners hope that Fushan Coffee Culture and Style Town can improve its pet friendly infrastructure in the future and open more pet activities, such as puppy sports games and DIY pet peripherals.
The customer activities of the pet community have also been adjusted and adapted to meet the needs of the group: pet themed activities such as "dog bowl" glazed painting experiences have been carried out.
According to the "2023-2024 White Paper on China's Pet Industry (Consumption Report)", the size of the urban pet consumption market reached 297.3 billion yuan in 2023. Research has found that 38.0% of pet owners face difficulties in traveling with their pets, while 23.4% of pet owners are enthusiastic about traveling. Fushan Coffee Culture Town will create a pet friendly scenic area to attract customers who travel with their pets, enrich commercial categories, and provide new growth points for selling products and services.
On May 3rd, a group of motorcycle and camping enthusiasts set off from the Free Continent campsite next to the Shapo Reservoir in Haikou, along the 225 National Highway towards the Fushan Coffee Culture Town. Although they encountered rainstorm on the way, the bad weather did not stop their enthusiasm. After arriving, community members tasted coffee and steak at Caicun Coffee Shop, and had a lively discussion on how to promote the construction of motorcycle and camping friendly scenic spots. Motorcycle enthusiasts encountered a rainstorm on the way to Fushan Coffee Cultural Town, and the demand of the motorcycle community immediately appeared, including rest services, vehicle maintenance, shower and washing, etc.
In this motorcycle community introduction activity, more than half of the motorcycle enthusiasts expressed the hope that the scenic area could provide corresponding leisure and experience projects, so as to attract more like-minded people to communicate with the community during short trips. Xiao Tian, the organizer of the Free Continent, also proposed to strengthen the linkage and guidance between the two sides in the future, attracting motorcycle enthusiasts to come and check in through cultural and creative stamp collecting.
After the exchange seminar of the motorcycle community, motorcycle enthusiasts set off along the circular tourism road to subsequent destinations such as Leigong Island and Yubao Port. The one-day tour route of the motorcycle community was thus completed: starting from Haikou, they traveled along the national highway to Fushan Coffee Culture Town for rest, and then returned to Haikou along the circular tourism road.
In the future, the scenic area will strengthen its linkage with the motorcycle community, explore and develop more motorcycle travel routes and activities, and strive to promote the construction of Fushan Coffee Culture and Style Town into a motorcycle friendly scenic area, becoming a must visit destination for motorcycle enthusiasts.
In recent years, the pandemic has changed people's ways of transportation, with more people choosing to travel to destinations that are natural and far away from cities. The rise of motorcycle transportation has provided people with a new option for "micro tourism". According to data from the Ministry of Public Security, as of the end of September 2023, the number of motorcycles in use has reached 100 million, demonstrating the enormous potential of the "motorcycle economy". In the future, Fushan Coffee Culture Town is expected to become a must visit destination for motorcycle enthusiasts and enthusiasts by meeting the rigid needs of communities such as motorcycle enthusiasts.
Since March 2023, the proportion of new energy vehicles in Hainan's newly added vehicles has exceeded 50%, and the number of new energy vehicles is more than 1.5 times higher than the national average. Fushan Company, not only as a state-owned enterprise, but also as the main operating enterprise of Fushan Coffee Culture and Style Town, will collaborate to develop the "Green and Smart Travel New Hainan", serve the new energy vehicle travel on the circular tourism road, and assist in green travel. At present, Fushan Coffee Culture and Style Town is closely promoting the construction of new energy charging stations. At the same time, in May, it jointly launched a special promotion for new energy car owners with 16 coffee shops in the scenic area.
The significance of introducing activities from three different communities this time is not to increase short-term customer traffic, but to explore the potential needs of various communities and obtain vertical customer feedback through the introduction of communities, strengthen the collaborative development ability of communities, and increase the frequency of later activity introductions. At the same time, through the introduction of special communities, the reception capacity of each store is examined, and additional items are added to the product and service categories of the scenic area and merchants to make up for the deficiencies in the software and hardware of the scenic area, which is conducive to promoting the construction of a diversified and friendly scenic area project and increasing customer stickiness.
In the future, Fushan Coffee Culture Town will gradually improve the software and hardware construction of diversified and friendly scenic spots, introduce more diversified community activities, break the homogenization of scenic spots, and create a unique and charming Fushan Coffee Culture Town brand.
