As one of the earliest coffee growing regions in Hainan Province, as early as 1935, Indonesian returnee Chen Xianzhang introduced the medium grain variety "Robusta" to Fushan and achieved success. After several generations of improvements in processing techniques, Fushan Coffee has become the only coffee brand in China listed as a state banquet beverage due to its strong and mellow taste. In Fushan, throughout the year, the bustling scene of men, women, and children drinking coffee can be seen in the streets and alleys. Whether it is a professional coffee shop or an ordinary dad tea house, you can enjoy authentic Fushan coffee. The Fushan Coffee Estate, located next to the Fushan Reservoir, is the first coffee shop opened by Xu Xiuyi, the founder of the "Fushan Coffee" brand, along the 225 National Highway.

This is a forest style caf é with various tropical precious trees planted inside. Walking into the caf é is like walking into a garden. The caf é faces the Fushan Reservoir, which brings abundant water vapor, making sitting under the cool shade of trees and drinking coffee a pleasure.

In the 1990s, this Fukuyama caf é directly made coffee on-site at the caf é and served it to customers. At that time, the aroma of stir fried coffee beans surrounded the customers drinking coffee, creating a very unique scene.
